I recently started driving Lyft and I wanted books or any information to help be understand some of the ins and outs of what I might face. Now the one thing I find very interesting is that while this book has great stories and some good warnings, I do not feel it truly helps u grasp how diverse you customers will be and that no two rides will be th same, but it also really does depend how invested u are in your customer and the experience you want to give them.Product details

This is a very funny book. It is the kind that makes you want to say "WHAT". Mr. McKay took all his experience as a Uber driver and created a book that you just can't put down. Thanks for a good and funny read.
